Men i et helt vanlig mennekes liv kan det gjemme seg masse drama – hvis det fortelles godt! Kristeligt Dagblads Liv & Sjæl-redaktion har de siste årene satset på å få flere vanlige mennesker inn i spaltene sine, blandt annet i form av ukentlige nekrologer over alminnelige dansker. Men hvordan finner man den gode historien i det tilsynelatende ordinære? Og hva krever det av journalisten å skrive det?
